Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in original packaging.
Due to the nature of high-value electric mobility products, a restocking fee may apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer, with assistance from our support team when needed.
